Since 2007, we have been organizing dream weddings in the premium segment in Berlin, as well as nationally and internationally.
Over the past two decades, our experienced team of event managers and wedding planners has designed, organized, and executed hundreds of weddings of various sizes and formats.
As a managing partner, Elena Budinstein has been contributing her expertise as a communications specialist and entrepreneur to Reinweiss Hochzeiten since 2024. She works with international and intercultural couples and confidently officiates weddings in German, English, and Russian. Her more than 20 years of experience in the fashion industry shape her refined sense of aesthetics and her ability to create custom-tailored event concepts.

Organizational questions
When should you start organizing your wedding to ensure stress-free preparations?
As a rule, we recommend starting the planning at least 12 months before the wedding date. However, Reinweiss Weddings can also realize weddings in a shorter timeframe.
What does Reinweiss Hochzeiten organize for us?
We are open to all your wishes! Share your desires with us and we will do everything to make your dream come true. You will not hear phrases like „that is not possible” or „that is too difficult”! As long as the laws of the country where the celebration takes place allow it, we will do everything in our power.
What happens after the first contact?
During our first meeting, we will get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. If you are considering working together, you will receive an initial proposal shortly thereafter. After signing the contract, we begin planning your wedding: we search for suitable locations and service providers and develop the decoration concept. Throughout the entire planning phase, we remain in close contact with you and coordinate all details together. Of course, we will be personally on site on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Financial questions
How much does the service of a wedding planner cost?
Our wedding planning services are not billed as a percentage of the total budget, but rather on an hourly basis – in accordance with the work actually performed. Therefore, you only pay for what we have specifically done for your wedding.
How much budget should be planned per person for food and drinks?
Imagine a relaxed evening with friends in your favorite restaurant: several courses, a few glasses of wine, and maybe some long drinks later on. That is roughly the amount you can budget per person for your wedding. The costs for rent, staff, and equipment must also be taken into account.
We have a very limited budget and would still like to hire a wedding planner. Is that realistic?
A limited budget requires special attention and very precise cost planning. In such cases, we recommend booking a wedding planner on an hourly basis – this allows you to benefit specifically from their experience while still handling many things yourself.
