What is wedding design?

We would like to define the term wedding design a little more precisely here, because the term as such is still relatively new in Germany and is often confused with traditional wedding decoration. In America, India or in some Arab countries, this topic has long been an integral part of every wedding planning. Wedding design involves much more than just the decoration of your wedding. Rather, it is the overall concept and the interaction of all the trades, which are perfectly coordinated and meticulously interlock like Swiss clockwork.

To make your wedding a dream event and really beautiful like out of a picture book, the preparations in advance are of great importance. In the first conversations, we exchange ideas about your dreams, wishes and concerns, collect ideas together or engage in creative brainstorming. On this basis, we create our first concept. Whether a certain artist, the opulent flower wall, the 7-course menu from the star chef or a certain motto should be the foundation stone for your wedding: We have the necessary know-how to build on it precisely and create a dream world that you and your guests will always remember fondly.

Description Dramaturgy

A wedding is only perfect if the most important program items are very precisely timed so that they are also perceived as very special moments in the course of the celebration. This is called dramaturgy in technical jargon. We build tension curves in such a way that the wedding becomes a roller coaster of emotions and a real experience for you and your guests. With our experience and a keen sense for important details, we stage breathtaking moments. This ranges from the conceptual development of an idea to the selection of service providers, furniture and other highlights to precise planning and final implementation. On the wedding day, we lead the technical and artistic rehearsals on site and ensure the precisely coordinated time and artist management. If, for example, the opening dance is the highlight of the festival, we initiate the mood of the evening in such a way that everything is aligned and prepared exactly for this moment. The complete attention falls on the dance floor, no guest is absent, the sound and light concept is perfectly attuned to you – and all you have to do is enjoy your wedding dance.

The key to a smooth wedding day is preparation. After all, what is the secret of every successful event? That’s right: the exact planning.
With our director’s plan, which is precisely tailored to your evening, the entire process is meticulously planned. All program items, even the smallest ones, have a fixed place in this plan. All areas of responsibility, the required equipment, the responsibilities and the locations of the events are listed. Even the assembly and dismantling is clearly structured. As a result, every service provider knows exactly when and where to do what and at what moment they are needed. Even in the event of postponements, the evening remains well structured and harmonious due to the constant communication between the service providers.
