Reinweiss Hochzeiten stands for honesty, clarity and premium quality.We publish our prices openly on the website and advise you specifically on the question: From what budget size is the support of a wedding planner worthwhile?

Many couples want a stress-free wedding and want to hire a professional wedding planner. However, very few think about the budget and scope in advance.

We recommend:

• Define your budget early on.
• Plan at least a 15% buffer for unforeseen events.
• Many providers charge 10-20% of the total budget as a fee.At Reinweiss, we rely on a transparent time model instead of percentages.

What does a wedding in Berlin cost?
Most of the budget, around €250 per guest, goes on food & drinks

Additional costs: clothing & rings, styling, photography/videography, decoration, music/entertainment, stationery, hotel & transfers etc. must be charged additionally
Our fee is independent of the total budget and will be charged separately, please see the package info below.

We do not charge a percentage fee, but only the actual work involved:
Hourly rate: 95 – 120 € plus VAT
We estimate your requirements in the first meeting – you only pay for what is actually provided.
