Reinweiss Hochzeiten stands for honesty, clarity, and premium quality. We publish our prices openly on the website and advise you specifically on the question: At what budget size is the support of a wedding planner worthwhile?

Many couples want a stress-free wedding and want to hire a professional wedding planner for it. However, very few think about the budget and scope in advance.

We recommend:

• Define your budget early.
• Allow for at least a 15 % buffer for unforeseen circumstances.
• Many providers charge 10–20 % of the total budget as a fee.
At Reinweiss, we use a transparent time-based model instead of percentages.

How much does a wedding in Berlin cost?
Most of the budget, approx. 250 € per guest, goes towards food & beverages.

Additional costsClothing & rings, styling, photography/videography, decoration, music/entertainment, stationery, hotel & transfers, etc. must be charged additionally.
Our fee is independent of the total budget and is billed separately, please see the package info below.

Our hourly rates:
We do not charge a percentage-based fee, but exclusively the actual workload:
Hourly rate95 – 120 EUR plus VAT.
Already in the initial consultation, we assess your needs – you only pay for what is actually delivered.
