Since 2007, we have been organizing dream weddings in the premium segment in Berlin as well as nationally and internationally.
Reinweiss founder Andrej Rein is a trained event specialist and wedding planner by conviction. He can draw on a wealth of experience as well as a solid foundation. As an event manager and wedding planner with many years of experience, he has already encountered every eventuality. Due to his own Russian roots, the Berlin-based entrepreneur is an expert in both international and Russian weddings.

Elena Budinstein, communications expert and entrepreneur, has been a partner at Reinweiss Hochzeiten since 2024. She accompanies German, English and Russian-speaking weddings and, due to her experience in the international event sector, is an ideal contact person for destination weddings and intercultural couples.

Reinweiss Hochzeiten is a full-service agency that accompanies couples competently, experienced and empathetically through the entire planning process. Reliability, honesty, absolute perfection, stress resistance and an eye for subtleties are a matter of course for us. Organizational Questions
When should wedding planning begin to ensure a stress-free preparation?

As a rule, it is recommended to start planning 12 months before the wedding date. However, Reinweiss Hochzeiten can plan a wedding in a shorter timeframe as well.

What does Reinweiss Weddings organize for us?

We are open to all your wishes! Let us know, and we will make every effort to fulfill your dream. You will not hear from us 'it's difficult' or 'it's impossible'. If it's not prohibited by the law of the country where the wedding celebration is planned, everything else is within our power.

What happens after the first contact?

At the first meeting in a relaxed atmosphere, we will get to know each other, and if you are ready to collaborate with us, an initial proposal will be made to you shortly after. After signing the contract, we will begin planning your wedding: searching for a venue, selecting service providers, designing the decor concept, etc. Throughout the entire planning process, we will stay in touch with you to discuss the details and nuances of organizing the celebration. And, of course, we will be personally present on-site on the wedding day to ensure flawless execution of the planned event.

 

Financial Questions
How much do wedding planner services cost?

Our service as a wedding planner is not calculated as a percentage of the total turnover, but as a time commitment for work.

Depending on the scale of the event, a pre-calculated number of hours will be planned. The final calculation is based on the exact working time, which means you only pay for what was actually worked on for your wedding.

What budget should be calculated per person for food and drinks?

Imagine that you're having a fun evening with friends at your favorite restaurant. They eat several dishes, drink a few glasses of wine, and at the end, there are some long drinks. You can also plan roughly this amount per person for your wedding. In addition, there are costs for venue rental, staff, and equipment.

We have a very limited budget and still want to hire a wedding planner. Is this realistic?

A limited budget requires special attention and the most accurate cost planning possible. In general, in these cases, it is recommended to consult a wedding planner on an hourly basis and apply the acquired knowledge independently.
