Since 2007, we have been organizing dream weddings in the premium segment in Berlin as well as nationally and internationally.
Reinweiss founder Andrej Rein is a trained event specialist and wedding planner by conviction. He can draw on a wealth of experience as well as a solid foundation. As an event manager and wedding planner with many years of experience, he has already encountered every eventuality. Due to his own Russian roots, the Berlin-based entrepreneur is an expert in both international and Russian weddings.
Elena Budinstein, communications expert and entrepreneur, has been a partner at Reinweiss Hochzeiten since 2024. She accompanies German, English and Russian-speaking weddings and, due to her experience in the international event sector, is an ideal contact person for destination weddings and intercultural couples.

Our Managing Director Elena Budinstein, born in Saint Petersburg, is not only a certified coach for intercultural communication – she is herself a child of two worlds. For over 25 years, she has been supporting people with sensitivity, clarity and genuine connection across cultural boundaries. With her experience, we create multicultural weddings that build bridges – between generations, languages and ideas. With style, depth and a keen sense of what really matters: Your story.
Communication is the key – and often the biggest challenge in intercultural relationships. Different upbringings, beliefs, linguistic subtleties, lived rituals or unspoken expectations can push even harmonious couples and loving families to their limits. It’s not just table settings and routines that concern us – but emotions, identity and the desire to belong.

Organizational questions
When should you start organizing your marriage to ensure stress-free preparations?
En règle générale, nous recommandons de commencer à planifier au moins 12 mois avant la date du mariage. Cependant, Reinweiss Weddings peut également réaliser des mariages dans un délai plus court.
What does Reinweiss Hochzeiten organize for us?
Let us be part of your wishes and we will do everything to make your dreams come true. You will not hear phrases like “this is not possible” or “it is too difficult”! As long as the law of the country of the party allows it, we will do everything within our power.
What happens after the initial contact?
During the first meeting, we get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. If you are considering a collaboration, you will receive a first proposal shortly after. Once the contract has been signed, we will begin to plan your wedding: we will search for suitable locations and service providers and work out the decoration concept. Throughout the planning phase, we stay in close contact with you and agree on all the details together. Please note, we will be personally present on site on the day of the wedding to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

How much do the services of a marriage organizer cost?

What budget should you set aside per person for food and snacks?
Imagine a soirée détendue entre amis in your favorite restaurant: several platters, a few glasses of wine and maybe a few long drinks. This is just about the amount per person that you can plan for your wedding. The costs of location, personnel and equipment are also to be taken into account.
We have a very limited budget and would like to appeal to a marriage organizer. Is this realistic?
A limited budget requires special attention and very precise cost planning. In such cases, we recommend that you hire a wedding planner on time – you can thus benefit from his experience in a balanced way and realize many things yourself.
