FAQ

Financial questions

How much does the wedding planner service cost?

Our service as a wedding planner is not calculated as a percentage of the total budget, but rather in the form of time and effort. Depending on the scale of the event, a pre-calculated number of hours is allocated. In the end, billing is based on the exact working time, which means you only pay for what was actually worked on your wedding.

How does billing work with Reinweiss Hochzeiten?

As soon as the total costs are clear after the quote review, the contract will be signed. Upon conclusion of the contract, a 30 percent deposit will be invoiced. Approximately 6 weeks before the wedding, another 50 percent is due, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding day. Should any last-minute requests be added, they will be invoiced separately.

Wedding planning costs – Which additional costs are often forgotten?

When planning a wedding on their own, couples often encounter unforeseen costs that an experienced wedding planner would have considered from the beginning. These include, for example, costs for setup and teardown assistants, restroom attendants, coat check staff or hostesses, waste disposal, and in many cases, event technology.

What budget per person should be calculated for catering and drinks?

Imagine spending a social evening with your friends at your favorite restaurant. You eat several courses, drink a few glasses of wine, and finish with a few long drinks. You can expect roughly this amount per person for your wedding as well. On top of that, there are costs for venue rental, staff, and equipment.

The wedding table decoration should be a highlight. What budget should be planned?

Every bridal couple has their own perception of what constitutes a highlight for them. Therefore, when it comes to floral decoration, it is particularly important that we understand your personal preferences initially, after which our decoration and floristry department can provide an accurate cost estimate.

We have a very tight budget and would still like to hire a wedding planner. Is it realistic?

A tight budget requires special attention and precise cost planning. Generally, it is advisable in these cases to consult a wedding planner on an hourly basis and execute the acquired know-how yourself.

Organizational questions

When should wedding planning begin so that the preparations are stress-free?

Generally, it's a good idea to start planning your wedding 12 months before the wedding date. However, Reinweiss Hochzeiten is also able to organize weddings on a shorter timeline.

Is it advisable to bring our ideas for the wedding to the initial consultation? Do I need to prepare for the initial consultation?

It is not strictly necessary. However, if you already have ideas or specific concepts, it makes absolute sense to bring them into the initial conversation. This enables us to provide you with a more precise price estimate and know exactly where our shared journey will lead.

What kinds of things does Reinweiss Hochzeiten organize for us?

We are open to any of your requests! No matter what wish you or your guests may have, share it with us, and we will use every means possible to fulfill it. You will not hear us say „it is difficult“ or „it is not possible,“ as long as the legal regulations of the respective country allow it.

Will Reinweiss Hochzeiten be there to assist us on our wedding day as well?

It goes without saying for us! To ensure a smooth process and the perfect coordination of all service providers. We supervise the setup, execution, and complete dismantling.

What happens after the first contact?

In a no-obligation initial consultation, we will get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. This is followed by an initial quote. After signing the contract, we begin with your wedding planning: venue scouting, selection of service providers, decoration concept, etc. are tackled. We are the friendly point of contact for you and your guests throughout the entire process. Of course, we are also personally on-site on the wedding day to guarantee a smooth procedure.

What happens if it rains on the wedding day and the ceremony is planned for outdoors?

At Reinweiss Hochzeiten, the so-called "Plan B" is always factored into the planning from the outset and discussed in detail with the bride and groom. You can count on a 100% bad-weather option. Many venues also offer an additional room for the wedding ceremony that can be used in such cases.
