What are the costs for the wedding planner service?
Our service as a wedding planner is not calculated as a percentage of the total turnover, but in the form of a time commitment to work. Depending on the scope of the event, a pre-calculated number of hours will be scheduled. Final is calculated according to exact working hours, which means you only pay as much as was actually worked for your wedding.
How is the billing with Reinweiss Hochzeiten done?
As soon as the total costs are clear after the offer meeting, the contract is signed. After conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 30 percent will be charged. About 6 weeks before the wedding, another 50 percent and 7 days before the wedding day the remaining sum is due. If requests are made at short notice, these will be invoiced separately.
Wedding Planning Costs – What Additional Costs Are Often Forgotten?
When planning a wedding “on your own”, couples often encounter unforeseen costs, which are considered by an experienced wedding planner from the beginning. These include, for example, costs for the set-up and dismantling helpers, the toilet lady, the cloakroom staff or hostesses, waste disposal and, in many cases, event technology.
What budget should be calculated per person for catering and drinks?
Imagine spending a convivial evening with your friends in your favourite restaurant. They eat several courses, drink a few glasses of wine and at the end there are a few long drinks. You can also plan about this sum per person for your wedding. In addition, there are costs for room rental, personnel and equipment.
The table decoration for the wedding should be a highlight. What budget should be used to plan?
Each bride and groom has their own perception of what is a highlight for them. That’s why it’s particularly important when it comes to flower decorations that we understand your personal preferences at the beginning, after which our decoration & floristry department can give an accurate cost estimate.
We have a very tight budget and would still hire a wedding planner. Is it realistic?
A tight budget requires special attention and the most precise cost planning. In general, it is advisable to seek advice from a wedding planner on an hourly basis in these cases and to carry out the acquired know-how yourself.
When should wedding planning start so that the preparations are stress-free?
Normally, it is advisable to start planning your wedding 12 months before the wedding date. However, Reinweiss Hochzeiten is also able to realize weddings in a shorter time.
Is it advisable to bring our ideas for the wedding to the initial consultation? Do I have to prepare for the initial consultation?
It is not absolutely necessary. However, if you already have ideas or certain ideas, it makes perfect sense to bring them into the first conversation. This enables us to provide you with a more accurate price estimate and knows exactly where our journey together will take us.
What does Reinweiss Weddings organize for us?
We are open to any of your wishes! No matter what wish you or your guests have, let us know, we will use all means and ways to fulfill it. You won’t hear a “it’s difficult” or “it can’t” from us as long as the legal regulations of the respective country allow it.
Will we also be looked after by Reinweiss Hochzeiten on the wedding day?
It is a matter of course for us! To ensure a smooth process and to ensure the perfect coordination of all service providers. We supervise the construction, implementation and complete dismantling.
What happens after the first contact?
In a non-binding initial meeting, we get to know each other in a relaxed manner. After that, an initial offer will be made. After signing the contract, we start with your wedding planning: location search, selection of service providers, decoration concept, etc. are tackled. We are the friendly contact for you and your guests throughout the entire process. Of course, we are also personally on site on the wedding day to guarantee a smooth process.
What happens if it rains on the day of the wedding and the wedding ceremony is planned for outside?
The so-called Plan B is always planned in advance for Reinweiss weddings and discussed in detail with the bride and groom. You can rely on a bad weather option 100%. Many locations also offer an additional room for the wedding ceremony, which can be used for such cases.
