What are the costs for the wedding planner service?
Our service as a wedding planner is not calculated as a percentage of the total turnover, but in the form of a time commitment to work. Depending on the scope of the event, a pre-calculated number of hours is set. The final calculation is based on the exact working time, which means you only pay for the actual work done for your wedding.
How is billing carried out with Reinweiss Hochzeiten?
As soon as the total costs are clear after the offer meeting, the contract is signed. After conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 30 percent will be charged. About 6 weeks before the wedding, another 50 percent and 7 days before the wedding day the remaining sum is due. If requests are made at short notice, these will be invoiced separately.

What budget should be calculated per person for catering and drinks?

You can also plan about this sum per person for your wedding. In addition, there are costs for room rental, personnel and equipment.
The table decoration for the wedding should be a highlight. What budget should be used to plan?
Each bride and groom has their own perception of what is a highlight for them. That’s why it’s particularly important when it comes to flower decorations that we understand your personal preferences at the beginning, after which our decoration & floristry department can give an accurate cost estimate.
We have a very tight budget and would still hire a wedding planner. Is it realistic?
A tight budget requires special attention and the most precise cost planning. In general, it is advisable to seek advice from a wedding planner on an hourly basis in these cases and to carry out the acquired know-how yourself.
When should wedding planning start so that the preparations are stress-free?

Will we also be looked after on the wedding day by Reinweiss Hochzeiten taken care of?

What happens after the first contact?
In a non-binding initial meeting, we get to know each other in a relaxed manner. After that, an initial offer will be made. After signing the contract, we start with your wedding planning: location search, selection of service providers, decoration concept, etc. are tackled. We are the friendly contact for you and your guests throughout the entire process. Of course, we are also personally on site on the wedding day to guarantee a smooth process.
What happens if it rains on the day of the wedding and the wedding ceremony is planned for outside?
